The service was excellent. My food came quickly and was delicious. The margarita I ordered was huge and tasty. I am disabled and when I stood to leave the waiters stood back to clear the way for me and a young gentleman at the register offered has arm and saw me safely to my car. Who does that!!!! Some very fine people, that's who. Thank you Hacienda Los Arcos for making my outing a stellar experience...Delicious and heat warming! I'll be back
We are regulars at Los Arcos but also had my husband's 50th birthday here! I can't rave enough about how they effortlessly handled 40 people quickly and with no mistakes. Our friends and family raved about our favorite local restaurant!
My wife and I were looking for a place to use an electronic coupon we had for Los Arcos. Our first time visit we had a young man I believe was in training. Didn't get his name but was on point with his service. At first I was going to write a bad review because in the end my electronic coupon wasn't accepted at this location, but other then the coupon thing, and reading this place reviews, I have to agree, the food was excellent! We had fajitas sizzling all the way to the table, all the fixings was fresh, the Queso was really great! My wife and I were really satisfied with the food and especially the service! Even though they didn't accept my coupon.The special they had on Wednesday was fajitas, so it was still a great deal! Probably sure my wife is going to make me go back because of the great food and service! 4 stars because of my coupon, but 5 stars on food and service!

Alberto and Sergio were fantastic, consistently checking on us and providing excellent customer service. The enchiladas suizas were incredible, the queso blanco was delicious, and the chips were perfect. The fajita chimichanga was exceptionally tasty and mouth-watering.The churros are also delicious. I definitely recommend this place and will be returning. The ambiance is also quaint.
Great fajitas, great atmosphere and good margaritas.Specials through out the week! This maybe a weekly spot for us now.
Super good food and fantastic service! They give you chips and salsa to start. Two different salsas and they're both great! I favored the green one. They have so many lunch specials that go until 3 every day! Great deals.
I was very well pleased with my meal and service tonight! Sierra was an excellent waitress with excellent knowledge and advice. The chips and salsa were as fast as I sat down at the table, the waitress Sierra was right behind them and the good times and great food were in store. I had the Seafood enchiladas. Enchiladas stuffed with, shrimp crab and who knows what else but they were great! Not really what you would expect in a Mexican enchilada but hey, I chose to order the Seafood enchiladas so, there it is. Service, service just could not be better.
